Job Descriptions:
• Supervise employees engaged in serving food and maintaining cleanliness of food service areas and equipment.
• The supervisor will assign and coordinate the work of employees to promote the efficiency of the food service.
• Train the staff, maintain upkeep and safety and sanitation standard at the highest level as well as ensure compliance with all regulatory boards.
• Respond to customer issues and requests to ensure excellence in customer service is being provided.
• Organize the daily closing activities for the unit, including cleaning, dishwashing, and food storage.
• Requisition and inspects foodstuffs, supplies, and equipment to maintain stock levels and ensure standards of quality are met.
• Assist in planning weekly top-listed food items menu.
• Responsible for inventory and money control systems and establishing an inventory schedule.
• Prepare work schedules and evaluate work performance of employees.
• Keep records, such as amounts, and cost of meals served and hours of work by employees.
• Assist in interview, selection & hiring of new employees.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of High School education is required.
• A minimum of 1-year experience in food service is required.
