Duties:
• Analyzing and providing advice on the managerial methods and organization of the company in addition to overseeing operations and performance
• Conducting research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs to ensure profitability and growth of the company
• Conducting assessments and proposing improvements to methods, systems and procedures in areas such as operations, human resources, record management, security management and communications
• Providing guidance and support to businesses on regulatory policies and procedures; ensuring internal compliance with regulatory requirements
• Planning the reorganization of the operations within the company and ensuring employees are following the established protocol
• Building relationships with clients, property owners and investors
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce or a related discipline is required
• 2+ years in a management position or similar role is required
• A solid foundation in business principles and financial management
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, essential for effective engagement with tenants, contractors, and team members, while ensuring a customer-centric approach in all interactions
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
