Job requirements:-
Education:- Bachelor's degree
Experience:- 2 years to less than 3 years
Tasks:-Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals, Direct and control daily operations, Evaluate daily operations, Plan and organize daily operations, Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations, Train staff, Establish and implement policies and procedures, Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies, Manage contracts, Manage training and development strategies, Oversee development of communication strategies, Oversee the preparation of reports, Respond to employee questions and complaints, Recruit and hire staff, Conduct performance reviews.
