Position: Store Manager – Bubble Tea

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee revenue to manage and control labor costs
Hire, train, and supervise team members
Coordinate, manage, and evaluate daily store operations
Develop and manage employee work schedules
Establish service offerings and ensure operational procedures are followed
Forecast and order ingredients and supplies as needed
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
Organize and manage promotional events
Ensure the safety and security of store assets and property
Report to shareholders
Qualifications:
A diploma or certification in hospitality, food and beverage service, or a related field is required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in food service or preparation, including supervisory experience, is required
Able to work independently and take initiative
Strong leadership and communication skills
Willing and physically able to stand for long periods of time.
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
