Shifty Eye Studios, based in Calgary, Canada, is a
collaborative effort between some of the most passionate
veterans in the gaming industry. The company is currently
working on an unannounced original game for multiple platforms
set for release in 2024, and has close to 30 games on the
Apple Arcade and App store.
[ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ]
1.Develop frameworks for events and versions, enhancing game
product engagement and user-related operations, ensuring
effective promotion, and maximizing impact.
2.Create and implement efficient distribution networks to
ensure widespread availability of products and services in the
target market.
3.Initiate and lead comprehensive market research studies to
gather insights into consumer behavior, industry trends, and
competitive landscapes.
4.Analyze research findings to identify market opportunities,
consumer preferences, and challenges, providing valuable input
for product development.
5.Assist in the product development process, offering insights
and recommendations based on market research to enhance
competitiveness.
6.Direct and evaluate marketing strategies, aligning them with
organizational goals and market trends to ensure effective
promotion.
7.Set clear and measurable marketing objectives to guide
overall efforts in line with the company's long-term vision.
8.Regularly assess marketing performance using KPI and make
data-driven adjustments for effectiveness.
9.Stay informed about market dynamics, adapting strategies to
maintain competitiveness in a dynamic business environment.
10.Oversee marketing teams, fostering collaboration and
coordination, and promoting a culture of continuous
improvement and innovation.

[ REQUIREMENTS ]
1. A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. 5+ years experience in related roles is required.
3. Proficiency in version control and analysis, showcasing the
ability to manage game updates and analyze their impact on
player experiences.
4.Previous experience in team leadership, demonstrating the
ability to lead and inspire a team effectively.
