Number of positions available: one.
Term of employment: 35h to 40h per week – full time – permanent position.
Language: English.
Wage: C$36.60 per hour.

Job Duties
• Lead and manage all aspects of the barber shop, including staff, customer service, and financial performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase our customer base and improve customer satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff, ensuring that they provide high-quality haircuts and grooming services.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure that the barber shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing always.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices and implement new techniques and services to keep the barber shop competitive.
• May do the job of the managed position (barbering).
Requirements
• 2 years’ experience as a barber shop manager.
• Must have experience and knowledge in haircuts and men’s grooming.
• Great communication skills.
• Secondary School Required
• Great customer service skills.
