Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our expanding team. This role is critical in identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in key domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to support CAMT Automotive’s growth objectives across domestic and international markets.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to assess customer needs and emerging trends in the automotive sensor and components sector.
• Design and administer customized market research tools, such as surveys and questionnaires, to collect actionable data on consumer preferences and product performance.
• Analyze market intelligence and economic data to identify high-potential markets and recommend entry or expansion strategies.
• Prepare, review, and evaluate business proposals, providing recommendations on feasibility, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment with company goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and strategic partners to promote long-term collaboration and revenue growth.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and partners regarding products, services, partnership models, and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including R&D, production, and sales—to align business development efforts with new product launches and innovation roadmaps.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing and outreach campaigns, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports, market assessments, and executive-level presentations to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and business networking events to enhance visibility and explore new partnership opportunities.
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $47 CAD per hour
Regular working hours: 35 hours per week
