? Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff
- Prepare special dishes for customers with special dietary needs
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
- Monitor food presentation and consistency to ensure brand standards are met
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal or promotional dessert items
- Address customer feedback related to desserts and implement improvements when needed
- Supervise and schedule cooks and kitchen staffs
- Create new menu items and recipes
- Ensure that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner
- Manage inventory of stock and order new supplies
- Maintain health and hygiene in the kitchen
- Train cooks in preparation of food
- Clean kitchen and work area
• Education: Academic: Secondary school graduation certificate required
• Language: English
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of related experience is required
