Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality

Inspect kitchen and service areas to maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance
Manage inventory and keep records of food, supplies, and equipment
Order necessary ingredients, supplies, and kitchen equipment as needed
