Job Duties:
Manage staff and assign duties
Determine merchandise and services to be sold
Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
Determine staffing requirements
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Job Requirements:
• Completion of Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience of 03 to 05 years in a similar role is required.
Work Conditions & Personal Suitability:
• Must supervise 5–10 staff, work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, show attention to detail, adaptability, collaboration, strong oral and written communication, and multitasking ability.
