- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Order supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
• Education: Academic: Secondary school graduation certificate required
• Language: English
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of related cooking experience is required
