Specific Skills
• Perform electrical-related wiring and installing including remodels & plant expansion
• Install, adjust, modify, test, calibrate operations of power equipment, electrical systems & panels
• Rewire and install panel boards and switches
• Conduct and supervise the installation, commissioning and operations of the electrical equipment and wiring by the electricians
• Ensure that all the electrical work is done considering appropriate standards so the safety of plant workers is not jeopardized.
• Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances or wiring at the plant.
• Inspecting, testing & making adjustments to electric & electronic components of the machinery.
• Pro-actively analyze a situation & make technical decision based a specification
• Liaise with procurement to assist in the obtaining pricing on electrical machinery within the estimate
• Advise and provide accurate estimates and proposals in a timely manner for electrical projects/machinery at the plant
