Job title: Administrative Assistant (NOC 13110)
Nature: Full-time permanent
Wage: $20/hour
Work hours: Monday-Friday, 30 hours/week

Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation per annum or remuneration of 4% of basic salary
Job duties
Prepare, input, edit, and proofread correspondence, invoices, brochures, reports, and other materials, ensuring all communications are clear and accurate.
Manage incoming regular and electronic mail, coordinating the flow of information between store personnel and external partners, such as suppliers and corporate offices.
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for the owner/manager.
Answer telephone and electronic inquiries promptly, relay messages accurately, and provide courteous.
Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems for important documentation, including sales records, supplier contracts, and employee schedules.
Assist in compiling data, statistics, and other relevant information to support informed decision-making.
Job requirements
Completion of a secondary school education is required.
A college diploma in administrative assistants or secretaries or related field is preferred.
Working experience in administrative assistants or related field is required.
Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to precision in every task.
Good communication skills and organizational skills.
Proficient in computer applications, including advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
