Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Agrologists to join our team at Athiana Acres. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the fields of soil management, crop production, pest control, and environmental sustainability. As an Agrologist, you will play a key role in implementing best practices for soil health, sustainable farming techniques, and maximizing the overall performance of agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct soil and water analysis to assess the health and productivity of agricultural land.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve crop yields while minimizing environmental impact.
• Advise on sustainable farming techniques, including crop rotation, composting, irrigation, and pest management.
• Monitor plant health, identify diseases or pests, and recommend appropriate control measures.
• Collaborate with other agricultural professionals, farm managers, and local regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with environmental and agricultural standards.
• Assist with farm planning and management by providing data-driven insights on crop varieties, soil management, and planting schedules.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in agricultural technology, research, and sustainability practices.
• Prepare reports on crop performance, pest control, and environmental impact, and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or in a related field.
• 1- 2 years of experience in agricultural consulting, farming operations, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of soil science, crop production, pest management, and sustainable farming practices.
