Chatime is the destination for smoothies, slushies, milk tea and bubble tea in Halifax and NS, Canada. Now due to business development, we need a full-time Manager Assistant to work with us.

Job Title: Manager Assistant (NOC 13110)

Salary: $20/hr, 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:
-Assist the management to complete administrative affairs, provide administrative, organizational, clerical and secretarial support for the daily operational activities. -Assist the management in communicating and implementing headquarters’ policies and promotions, ensure strict compliance with brand SOPs, service processes, dress code, and hygiene standards, implement franchise standards and policies.
-Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and guests, ensure they are being dealt with in a professional, courteous and timely manner; handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure a positive guest experience.
-Be responsible for collecting materials, managing files, and drafting, formulation, sending and receiving official documents, e.g., agreements, contracts, etc;
-Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, payrolls, reports, and related materials, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, compiling data, statistics and other information.
-Place supply orders per franchise procurement procedures, conduct regular stock checks and minimize waste or loss.
-Help manage staff schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage, complete other tasks assigned by the management.


Employment Requirements:
Education
-Completion of a one- or two-year college program for administrative assistants or secretaries, or equivalent clerical experience is required.

Experience:
-Previous clerical experience is required.

Skills:
-Work efficiently on various tasks with minimal supervision.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel,Word, PowerPoint,etc).
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
-Excellent time management skills.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Ability to prioritize work.
-Attention to detail.
-Client-focused.
