Job Summary: To supervise and support technicians during the execution of stone restoration projects, ensuring that safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. This role acts as a key communication and coordination bridge between field teams and management, promoting training, accountability, and operational consistency.

Duties:
• Field Supervision and Support:
o Supervising day and night crews on-site to ensure proper execution of restoration techniques
o Being present at critical stages of jobs to assist with problem-solving and quality checks
o Supporting technicians in setting up equipment and materials and ensuring safe work environments
o Communicating work priorities clearly and making real-time decisions to keep projects on track
• Quality Control and Training:
o Inspecting job sites before, during, and after work for quality assurance
o Providing on-the-job coaching and ensuring technicians apply proper restoration methods
o Helping train new hires according to the company’s procedures and quality standards
o Giving regular feedback to technicians on performance and improvement areas
o Monitoring and reporting training progress to the Operations Manager
o Participating in planning and delivering internal training sessions
o Identifying performance gaps and recommending skill development actions
o Reviewing that all projects on the calendar have the corresponding work order, map, and accountability framework that is correct for the project
o Ensuring any inconsistencies or missing work orders are detected, notifying the operations manager
• Safety and Compliance:
o Reinforcing safety rules and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
o Monitoring adherence to safety standards and reporting incidents immediately
o Participating in toolbox talks or safety meetings and tracking participation
• Reporting and Communication:
o Serving as the daily point of contact between technicians and the Operations Manager
o Reporting project progress, team needs, equipment issues, and any incidents
o Helping communicate project details, changes, or customer feedback to the crew
o Ensuring all communication follows the Internal Communication Manual, feedback protocols, and the company’s Code of Ethics
• Operational Coordination:
o Assisting with logistics such as material readiness, van maintenance checks, and equipment condition
o Monitoring punctuality, job duration, and crew discipline on-site
o Ensuring all technicians have access to up-to-date work orders and instructions
o Translating management priorities into daily action plans in the field
o Helping to create a respectful and motivating team environment
o Supporting technicians to grow their skills and solve problems with confidence

Requirements:
• Secondary school is required
• 2+ Years of experience with hands-on technical knowledge of stone restoration
• Previous experience doing stone restoration in commercial, condominium and residential buildings
• Has leadership and team guidance
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Able to problem-solve under pressure
• Has attention to detail and maintains quality standards
• Has safety awareness and discipline
• Builds team pride and ownership by mentoring and encouraging technicians
• Leads by example in professionalism, safety, and craftmanship
• Able to help on a stone restoration job or take on a stone restoration job if needed
