Develop public relations and promotional programs
Evaluate daily operations
Implement and advertise promotional programs
Implement new strategies and programs touching public relations
Perform clerical activities, such as manual and electronic filing and record payments received
Plan and organize daily operations
Recruit staff
Supervise staff
Train staff
Develop and administer policies and programs
Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Promote sales to existing clients
Complete sales transactions
Professionalism in customer service
Use principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, which include marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
Work in a multidisciplinary environment
Public liaison and media relations
Provide clients with information
Conduct sales calls
Identify customers’ needs
