Responsibilities
• Supervise, assign work and co-ordinate the staff
• Establish work schedules.
• Hire and train staff.
• Ensure accurate and competitive pricing in the region.
• Prepare sales, merchandising, and personnel reports.
• Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Selling merchandise.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
• Complete store opening and/or closing procedures.
Qualifications
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Adequate communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Possess work experience as a retail salesperson.
