Job Description:
Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office.
Supervising administrative records, ensuring compliance with privacy and legal requirements for customer and business documentation.
Compliance regular reports on sales, inventory, and operations, and handle correspondence with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.
Distribute work among the staff to complete the customers requirements on time.
Managing inventory of different types of tiles and other products, ensuring stock levels are maintained efficiently.
Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of work.
Report office progress to senior management and work with them to improve office operations and procedures.
Assisting in preparing the operating budget and track expenses related to inventory, procurement, and sales.
Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings.
Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School is required.
Post Secondary education or experience in the same field is required.
