Responsibilities:
Manage material, human, and financial resources to implement policies and programs.
Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
Coordinate work across regions, divisions, or departments.
Establish and approve financial, administrative, and promotional campaigns.
Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
Hire and manage middle managers or directors.
Ensure optimal working conditions for staff.
Supervision:
Managing a team of more than 20 people.
