Required Qualifications:
Current registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
Ability/Skills/Knowledge:

Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate medication provision for
patients.
Perform clerical duties, including preparing and reconciling third-party billings, chemotherapy billing, invoices,
memos, and maintaining drug information files.
Manage drug distribution systems by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring proper inventory
control, including narcotics and controlled substances.
Ensure medication safety through tasks such as stock rotation, expiry date monitoring, and destruction of
expired or unused medications.
Participate in continuing professional development, quality assurance, and quality improvement initiatives
within the pharmacy department.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to interact with team members and clients in a positive manner
Ability to work under minimal supervision and manager high volume workload
Assets:
Bilingual
Excellent attendance record (records will be reviewed)
Experience in Meditech software applications
Practical pharmacy experience (hospital setting preferred)
