Naveed & Sons Convenience Store DBA Dollar Valley & Food Store in Vancouver, BC need 1 full-time permanent Assistant Manager-Retail to join our team.
Job Duties:
Evaluate the business and plan a strategy for operations and sales.
Manage staff and assign duties
Make order of inventory of merchandise according to the requirement of the store.
Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
Resolve customer complaints.
Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues.
Ensure all company policies, procedures, standards and directives are followed.
Terms of Employment: -
Full-time, Permanent
Wages: $29 per hour
Hours: 30-35 hours per week.
Location of employment: - 343 E Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6A 1P3.

Job Requirements: -
Completion of secondary school is required.
1 year to 2 years of experience is required.
