Are you known for your autonomy and versatility? Look no further! Our installation team covering the Western Quebec Region is currently looking for a Sales Representative to join its team.

Under the supervision of the Regional Manager, the Sales Representative's role is to promote our products to potential customers in order to achieve maximum sales. He/she will be expected to make a significant contribution to achieving sales targets for the sector, while contributing to the smooth running of the department.

About logic-contrôle :

Since 1985, logic-contrôle has specialized in the implementation of unified security, access control and intelligent parking technologies. As part of the globatech group, logic-contrôle offers customized solutions to secure our customers' facilities and improve building access control. We also help to efficiently manage parking facilities and their revenues. Our team brings professionalism, versatility and expertise to our valued customers.

What will your role in our team be like?

Sales and bid management

  • Build lists of potential customers;
  • Plan and implement solicitation strategy;
  • Manage customer accounts for delegated business lines;
  • Identify equipment requirements and conditions for bids;
  • Prepare bids in accordance with the terms and deadlines set out in the call for tenders;
  • Actively participate in the preparation of service contracts and define standards;
  • Ensure compliance with all sales stages on each project;
  • Provide ongoing customer support;
  • Verify the accuracy of tasks carried out versus those proposed;
  • Verify customer satisfaction after completion of work;
  • Follow up on service offers with the various departments concerned;
  • Participate in sales and operations meetings.

Representation and development activities

  • Master technical subjects and make appropriate presentations to customers;
  • Participate in organized representation activities (exhibitions, etc.);
  • Keep abreast of new trends and direct sales accordingly;
  • Participate in sales and operations meetings.

What we're looking for in our new team member :

Experience and education

  • Professional, college or university studies in a technical field (electricity, control, automation) or in sales consulting*;
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years in the security and parking industry, including at least 1 year in sales (an asset);
  • Valid Quebec driver's license

*Any relevant combination of training and experience will be considered.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Knowledge of CRM-type sales software would be an asset;
  • Bilingualism required (English-speaking clientele);
  • Excellent oral and written French (mandatory);
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Autonomy, structure and sense of priorities;
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
  • Ability to make presentations in front of a group.
