Would you like to put the knowledge you learned in school to good use in a real-world environment, as part of an experienced team that's bursting with projects?
We have an internship available this summer with our team of computer technicians! You'll even have the opportunity to work part-time during your studies if you wish!
Your role in the team would be to provide 1st level support to users of the computer systems and equipment.
Here's an overview of your tasks:
- Provide user support for the following equipment: desktops and laptops, terminals, printers, numerically controlled production equipment, telephones and voice mailboxes, and data collection equipment
- Configure and install new workstations when new employees arrive or when workstations are moved
- Prioritize and respect the deadlines of the computer requests that are assigned to you in connection with various requests
- Perform various tasks related to data backup, SPAM protection, user account management, directory access, etc...
