Responsibilities and Tasks
Assign work for installing, operating and maintaining telecom network and equipment
Coordinate telecommunication projects to ensure they meet requirements, budgets and deadlines
Direct and control daily operations
Plan and organize daily operations
Review projects to ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and government regulatory
Establish and implement policies and procedures
Manage telecommunication traffic supervisors and staff
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
Oversee the preparation of reports
Advise senior management
Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and directives of government regulatory agencies
Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
