Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
Remove bones from meat
Cut poultry into parts
Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
Cut fish into steaks and fillets
Grind meats
Slice cooked meats
Prepare special orders
Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
Vacancy: 2
Wage: Salary $23.00/ hour
Hours: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 40 hours per Week
Vacation Pay: 4%
