Twin Peaks Home Care Ltd offers high quality commercial and residential cleaning and maintenance services in Squamish, British Columbia. They are currently hiring for the position of Cleaning Supervisor to service their current clients and meet the growing demand for their services.
Details of the position are as follows:
• Wage: $29.68/hour
• Vacation: 4% of gross earnings
• Hours: full-time (7.5 hours per day + 30 minute unpaid break, 5 days per week)
• Schedule: we are looking to fill both a day shift position (8:00am-4:00pm) and a mid shift position (3:00pm-11:00pm)
• Terms of employment: Permanent, year-round.

Job duties:
1. Oversee the work of the cleaning staff, to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
2. Review client’s requests for cleaning services and provide an estimate of the labour required to deliver the service.
3. Ensure the worksite is safe before the cleaning staff commence their duties.
4. Check the client’s facility after the cleaning staff have completed the clean, to ensure the service meets company standards.
5. Procure cleaning supplies and equipment.
6. Communicate with cleaning staff and management to coordinate cleaning activities and address any specific requirements or issues that may arise.
7. Train new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
8. Assist with the recruitment of cleaning staff.
9. Create work schedules, assign tasks to cleaning staff, and ensuring adequate coverage for all cleaning duties.
10. May perform cleaning duties if required.
Job Requirements:
• Previous work experience as a supervisor or cleaner is required.
