1. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion andserve food;
2. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation;
3. Establish work schedules and procedures;
4. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
5. Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures;
6. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards;
7. Address customers' complaints or concerns;
8. Hire food service staff.

Education: Completed at least some post-secondary
Experience: At least one-year related working experience is required
