St. Michaels Inn is looking for a Night Shift Supervisor to work with our team.
Title: Night Shift Supervisor
Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time)
Wage: CAD 24.00 ~ CAD 27.00 per hour, at least 30 hours per week
Benefit: 4% of gross pay or 10 days of paid vacation

Basic Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school
• Post-secondary education in related field or Certificate in related field an asset.
Work Experience:
• At least 1 year of previous hotel clerk supervisor or related experience
Main Duties:
• Manage the night shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures
• Train and supervise other staff
• Coordinate work schedule and activities of other staff
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems
• Manage inquiries regarding customer service and registration
• Register arriving guests and assigning rooms using computerized system
• Manage guest accounts, receipts and payment processing
• Balance the accounts from day shift
• Ensure that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed
