Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Cut agricultural crops. Greenhouse cleaning. Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions. Harvest seedlings. Implement soil fertility programs. Mixing fertilizer. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Oversee the activities of clearing the fields. Train seed cutting techniques to farm labourers . Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures. Maintain financial and production records. Negotiate with clients for provision of services. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Hire and train staff. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding.
