67 Degree is looking for a Clinical Receptionist Supervisor NOC 12010

Duties and responsibilities as Clinical Receptionist Supervisor but not limited:

- You would be responsible for leading and managing a team of receptionists, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to handle their duties effectively.
- Ensuring that patients are greeted warmly, appointments are scheduled efficiently, and inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Overseeing administrative tasks such as managing patient records, handling insurance paperwork, and maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
- Ensuring smooth workflow at the front desk, coordinating between different departments, and resolving any conflicts or issues that arise.
- Implementing and monitoring quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy in patient data entry, appointment scheduling, and other administrative processes.
- Providing training and ongoing support to reception staff to enhance their skills and knowledge of relevant software systems and procedures.
- Ensuring that reception staff adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, including patient privacy laws and facility policies.
- Handling escalated patient concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to maintain high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Working closely with other departments within the healthcare facility to coordinate patient care and support overall operational efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of front desk operations.

Job Requirement

Education: High School Degree
