Education: College/CEGEP. Work site environment: Air conditioned. Non-smoking. Work setting: Gymnastics. Tasks: Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions. Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games. Participate in coaching clinic instruction. Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance. Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Level 2 Certificate in Coaching. Level 3 Certificate in Coaching. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Willing to travel regularly. Willing to travel overnight. Willing to travel internationally. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Accurate. Dependability. Initiative. Organized. Reliability. Team player. Values and ethics. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
