Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school
• One year of experience
• Attention to details and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Verify all reservations requests are processed as per company standards and without delay
• Coordinate and assign duties to other staff
• Establish work schedules
• Provide assistance to guests and follow up with guest concerns as necessary
• Hire and train staff with job duties, company safety procedures and policies
• Maintain an organized filing system with documentation of reservations, reports and restrictions
• Arrange maintenance and repair work
• Perform the same duties as employees supervised
