Position is full time, Permanent.
Candidate should be high School graduate with basic knowledge of English.
Work experience: 3 to 5 years required.
Wage rate is $37.00 per hour/ 40 hours a week.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Duties
? Supervising, co-ordinating and scheduling the activities of construction workers and the trades persons.
? Training the personnel and verifying their qualifications before hiring them.
? Planning coordinating, recommending and implementing the construction design.
? Ordering required material, equipment and supplies to ensure the work going smoothly.
? Formatting the construction and maintenance plans.
? Negotiating and contracting companies in order to get sufficient equipment and personnel necessary to complete the construction work in good time.
? Focusing on safety and ensuring that all workers adhere to safety standards.
? Supervising the economical completion of the project.
? Ensuring that the reports, records, and invoices are approved by the construction authorities.
Work conditions and Physical Capabilities Working both indoor and outdoor locations. Repetitive tasks, work under pressure, standing for extending periods, tight deadlines, Bending, crouching, kneeling.
Work Site Environment: Noisy, Dusty, Hot, Cold temperature.
