Title of position: PLUMBER (NOC 72300)

Position is full time, Permanent.
Candidate should be high School graduate with basic knowledge of English.
Work experience: 2 to 3 years required.
Wage rate is $29.00 per hour/ 40 hours a week.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Duties
? Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications.
? Installing, repairing and maintaining domestic, commercial or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.
? Measure, cut, bend and thread pipes using hand and power tools or machines.
? Joining pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement or soldering, brazing and welding equipment.
? Cutting opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
? Testing pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
? Fitting domestic appliances such as dishwashes, sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters etc.
? Preparing cost estimates for customers.
Work conditions and Physical Capabilities
Working both indoor and outdoor locations. Large workload, physically demanding, Tight deadlines, Bending, crouching, kneeling.
Work Site Environment: Noisy, Dusty, Hot, Cold temperature.
