Hiring Marketing Specialist
This food products processing factory and exporting business is in emergency demand of an experienced Marketing Specialist (TEER 11202). Hiring conditions are listed as below:
1. Position: Marketing Specialist (TEER 11202)
2. Number of positions: 1
3. Planning start date: September 2, 2024 (Monday)
4. Duties: manages business marketing and promotion operations, acts as business speaker to public, assists business owner set up marketing plans according to the products features, analyzes local and oversea potential customers demands and new market situations, designs marketing activities based onsite or online survey and research results, creates promotion and marketing ideas for business owner, assists business owner designing marketing budgets, designs marketing materials and contacts printing services to prepare printed marketing materials, communicates with marketing service providers and designs marketing activities goals, assesses marketing activities and materials effects and reports to business owner, provides products information to target market, releases products information on marketing platforms, sets up sales networks in different markets, communicates with target and existing customers and partners on regular base, forwards customer demands to business owner and responses requests from market, travels to target market and hosts marketing activities, visits potential business partners and customers to promote products, maintains partnerships and customer relationships, supervises marketing activities processes and marketing work team, recruits and trains marketing workers, works on other marketing relevant tasks as business owner requires.
5. Work location: Saint John, New Brunswick.
6. Report: report to Business Owner directly.
7. Salary: $32.00 per hour, $54,080.00 per year (there will be bonus plan available).
8. Over time salary: 1.5 times of regular payroll if work over 44 hours or work in public holidays.
9. Working hours: 32.50 hours per week (6.5 hours per day).
10. Annual leave: 10 business days’ annual leave after successful perform 1 month work. And family leave for up to 10 business days.
11. Duration: permanent full-time work. 2 years’ employment contract needs to be signed.
12. Probation: the first 1 month of working is probation period.
13. Regulations: as a full-time employee, the employee needs to follow up all business regulations, including but not limited as ethic, confidential and HR regulations.
Requirements for applying this job:
1. Language: English. Mandarin will be an asset.
2. Education: post-secondary education experience.
3. Working experience: at least 3 to 5 years marketing relevant working experience on the same position. Aisa market working experience will be an asset (Aisa is the major oversea market)..
4. Working habits: focuses to details, works under pressures, team work, works with tight schedules.
5. Other requirements: need to travel oversea to promote products.
