The Company is looking for 2 Cleaners.
Working Conditions: Job location may vary all over Lower mainland. Cleaners will need to work 40 hours a week at the pay rate of $18.00 per hour. The position will be full time, permanent. Job can be started as soon as possible.
Relevant experience in the field will be an asset. English is the required language with high school graduation at minimum.
Job duties need to be done include:
• Removing and hauling away of garbage and debris from construction site.
• Keeping site neat and tidy.
• Walking with the contractor to get an idea of what exactly the contractor’s expectations and receiving any special clean-up instructions.
• Wiping down ceiling fixtures, walls, cabins, windows, sills, mirrors, baseboards, counters, appliances and other fixtures.
• Sweeping, dusting, washing and mopping floors and outdoor sidewalks.
• Using products suited for the type of material to be cleaned.
• Placing all the tools and equipment’s at their respective places.
• Following instructions of the supervisor.
