Duties :
• Organize and coordinate the staff and assign them duties and work schedules.
• Understand customer needs and provide support accordingly.
• Hire, train, and supervise new staff and supervise their performance.
• Resolve client complaints in a timely manner.
• Meet all sales targets and track monthly and quarterly performances.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, pricing, sales volumes, other activities, and order required supplies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and display of the store.
• Implementing marketing strategies and authorized payments and return of materials or goods.
• Maintain the visual standards of the store, such as store signage, and cleanliness.
