Job Responsibilities
o Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
o Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
o Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
o Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
o Address customers' complaints or concerns
o Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
o Prepare and submit reports
