Job description: This company is looking for one full time, permanent General Manager- Operations to join their team.

Job duties:
• Develop strategies to achieve organizational goals and understand the organization's strengths & weaknesses. Analyze the market and competition to identify external threats and opportunities and adapt strategy to changing conditions.
• Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process, setting processing variables, and observing control points and equipment. Monitor personnel and resources and study methods to implement cost reductions. Develop reporting procedures and systems to facilitate corrections to malfunctions within process control points.
• Authorize and supervise the establishment of essential departments and the appointment of senior staff.
• In negotiations or other official activities, represent the organization or assign delegates to act on its behalf.
• Responsible for ensuring cohesion in operations across regions, divisions, or departments in the organization.
• Provide mitigating actions to issues (e.g. profit decline, loss of business to competitors, unsatisfied customers).
• Track changing market trends, and establish, and optimize procurement, and information systems to align with such trends.
• Develop and accomplish goals and strategic plans in pursuance of increased operational efficiency. Develop, communicate and implement effective growth strategies and processes for all stakeholders in the organization.
• Forecast goals and objectives for other key departments, and strive to help the team meet these. Establish key performance indicators to assist in measuring the health of the organization.
• Monitor department operations and client concerns to define patterns and work to improve efficiency. Prioritize workflow to meet customer deliverables.
• Regularly audit work being done and customer service being provided to ensure compliance with occupational and operational standards.
• Maintain regulatory compliance by ensuring production follows SOPs and maintains proper records.
• Initiate and foster a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.

Job Requirements:
• University degree in business administration or business management
• 5 Years of experience is required
