Job Description

. Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.

. Plan and approve promotional campaigns.

. Providing strategic recommendations to the senior members of the executive management team.

. Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.

. Advising on long-term business and financial planning.

. Appoint the organization or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or other official functions.

. Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.

. Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures.

. Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff and delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.

. Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
