Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor - Retail. The Sales Supervisor - Retail will play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction within our on-site automotive service station. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Sales Supervisor will utilize their technical expertise to assist customers in selecting the right products for their automotive needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
Order merchandise
Authorize return of merchandise
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Organize and maintain inventory
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Manage cash
Conduct performance reviews
Supervise office and volunteer staff
Professionalism in customer service
Requirements:
1. Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years; training in automotive service is a required.
2. Experience: 1 to 2 years of retail experience. Automotive industry experiences a must.
3. Excellent customer relations skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
6. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
