Job Duties
- Maintain inventory and records of supplies and equipment
- Order ingredients, supplies and equipment
- Make sure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored appropriately
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food on the line
- Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods as instructed
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
