Job Title: General Supervisor- Building Construction

Position: Full Time, Permanent
Anticipation start date: As soon as possible
Education: High School Education is must.
Experience: 4 to 5years of experience in the same field is required.
Language: Basic English
Wage Rate: $36.00 per hour for 40 hours a week.
Work Location: Various locations
Job duties:
Supervising, coordinating and scheduling the daily activities of construction trades-people.
Establishing methods to meet work schedules and coordinating work activities with other subcontractors and co workers.
Managing and monitoring project expenditures to meet given budget.
Calculating resources required and purchasing construction materials, equipment’s, tools and supplies.
Preparing and maintaining work progress reports.
Ensuring all safety procedures are followed.
