24/7 Allkind Construction Ltd - 2 CONSTRUCTON MANAGERS REQUIRED
Business location: 2908 165B Street, Surrey, BC, V3Z0X9
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent, Overtime, Day, Weekend
Wage rate: $42/ hour for 37.5hrs overtime will be paid after 40.00 hours
Work Location: Various locations all over lower mainland
Anticipated start date: As soon as possible
Education: Completion of diploma or other college education required.
Work experience: 4 to 5 years of experience is required in construction.
Language: Knowledge of English in speaking, reading and writing is required.
Job Duties:
o Obtain all necessary permits and licenses required for the job
o Plan and direct construction projects from beginning to complete.
o Analyses, manage and mitigate risks.
o Monitor compliance to building and safety codes and other regulations
o Investigate any damage or delays at construction sites
o Select tools, materials and equipment.
o Prepare internal and external reports about status of project.
o Must ensure quality construction standards and safe work environment.
o Prepare budget, schedule of projects and specifications.
Work conditions and Physical Capabilities: Large workload, attention to details, Tight deadlines.
