Task:
Assign sales workers to duties, Order merchandise, Authorize return of merchandise, Establish work schedules, Sell merchandise, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Organize and maintain inventory, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, Handle U-Haul dealership which handles dispatch, return and equipment check-up for trucks, Helping with Skip the dishes online delivery platform, Motivate, encourage, and challenge store cashiers, Promote and resolve store complaints in a timely and professional manner, Understand all information in daily reporting of store operations, Conduct biweekly schedule by availability, To properly input all the packages for UPS into the system, Maintain store cleanliness, inventory restock and extra-ordinary customer service, Properly count the lottery tickets , cigarette inventory and cash at the end of day.
