Experience
2 years to less than 3 years

Specific Skills
• Prioritize repair orders and operational demands to ensure safe, clean, reliable and efficient trucks to meet their schedules and exceeds customer expectations.
• Coordinate the repair, preventative maintenance, cleaning, inspection, bodywork, and all related functions.
• Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
• Oversee the leasing of space in the facility and the included real estate and the development of marketing strategies.
• Perform quality checks on all equipment leaving the Yard.
• Develop reports and performance indicators.
• Works closely with location manager and region maintenance management providing status of maintenance and budget requirements.
• Plan and manage a facility’s maintenance budget.
