Job Duties
Evaluate, appraise, and introduce additional admin practises;
Assign tasks to office support personnel;
Set work targets, oversee policy compliance, and ensure deadlines are met;
Oversee and co-ordinate office procedures.
Perform administrative activities of the company and ensure vehicle registrations are up to date;
Arrange and coordinate office operations such as relocation of rental vehicles, equipment, office supplies, parking, property management, equipment repair, and surveillance;
Contribute to the creation of the operating budget of the company and uphold the inventory and financial controls;
Prepare sales reports, operational manuals and marketing materials.
