As our Bookkeeper, you will directly impact our ability to provide top-notch services to our clients in the automotive industry.
As a Bookkeeper at AK Autoworks, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintain complete sets of financial records, ensuring that all transactions related to auto body repair, materials, and operational expenses are accurately recorded.
- Post journal entries and reconcile accounts meticulously, providing insights into the financial aspects of our auto body repair projects.
- Calculate and prepare payments for our skilled technicians, suppliers, and utility bills, ensuring that our operations run smoothly.
- Complete and submit necessary government documents, including tax remittance forms and workers' compensation forms, to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Generate detailed financial reports that offer valuable insights into the profitability of our auto body repair projects and guide decision-making.
- Maintain a high level of precision and attention to detail in all financial records, aligning with our commitment to excellence in auto body repair.
- Collaborate effectively with our team to ensure seamless financial operations, allowing us to focus on delivering exceptional auto body repair services.
Wage Offered: We are pleased to offer a competitive wage of $26.15 per hour for this full-time position, which involves a standard workweek of 35 hours.
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field.
• Alternatively, a combination of accounting or bookkeeping courses along with several years of experience as a financial or accounting clerk are acceptable.
