Chahal Brothers Trucking Ltd. Located at Unit 103, 19162 22 Ave, Surrey, BC, V3S 3S6 Canada is looking for 5 full-time Long-haul truck drivers.
Job Duties:
· Operate trucks to deliver long haul loads working as team drivers.
· Ensure cargo is secured properly in accordance with safety requirements.
· Loading and unloading of goods, tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo.
· Plan travel schedules and routes by using atlases and other trip planning aids.
· Receive and relay information to central dispatcher.
· Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other
equipment.
· Perform brake adjustments.
· Monitor vehicle performance and mechanical fitness.
· Maintain Logbook for each trip.
Job Requirements: -
· Completion of Secondary School is required.
· Experience is an asset.
· Class 1 or A license or any other equivalent
Terms of Employment: - Full-time, Permanent
Wages: - $28.00 per hour- 50 hours per week.
No of positions- 05
Location of employment: - Unit 103, 19162 22 Ave, Surrey, BC, V3S 3S6 and various locations all over Canada and North America.
